Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or JACKADEAL.COM restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by JACKADEAL.COM. Returns will not be accepted without and RMA number. The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement:

1. Invoice Number
2. Product Description

Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
2. Include your packing slip from the original order.
3. You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
4. Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. (Don’t send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail.)
5. All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

1. No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electrical products, and clearance/closeout items.

2. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

3. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

We shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
