- I would like to know how much is
shipping?
Shipping charge is easily determined thru
our checkout process. Simply add the items you wish to purchase into
your shopping cart, follow the steps of checkout and select the method of
shipment. Afterwards the shipping charge will appear.
- How can I find out about my order
status?
After an order is shipped, an automatic email will
be sent to you with the tracking information. You may also find
updated shipping information from visiting your Yahoo! Shopping page in
the
"My Orders" section.
- Why doesn't the tracking information
seem to be updated?
Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.
Sometimes each given shipping partner does not update the online tracking
information until 24-48 hours after shipment is received. USPS
online tracking may tend to take a bit longer. If you received a tracking
number, that indicates your shipment was shipped and your order is on its
way.
- I purchased a merchandise from
Jackadeal.com at an event, can we return it?
No, all merchandises sold at events and shows are
final.
- I live in Southern California, can I
come pick up my purchase?
No, all purchases are shipped. We currently
do not have a will call available.
- I'm looking for a particular item, I
can't find it in your site?
We try our best to offer the widest variety of
items. If you can not find the car/item you are looking for in
our website, then we do NOT carry that particular item at the time.
- I heard there will be a new item coming out soon, how can I find out when you will have them in stock?
We have a monthly newsletter which we send out the first week of each month. We will list the newest items, special deals, promotions, and our show dates. You may subscribe to our newsletter by clicking the link in the left column.

SHIPPING
JACKADEAL.COM attempts to ship your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day. Most items are shipped using USPS and FEDEX ground transportation. Express
2nd Select or Next Day Air shipments are also available. Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard shipments. When the shipment (s) is/are Refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for the second time S&H, if refuse to pay, there will be 15% restocking fee charge.
Most merchandise is shipped from our warehouses which allows us greater control over product, shipment information, and backorders. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains *backordered item(s), a delay in your credit card charge may occur until the order is shipped.
*Backorder charges may very depending on item(s) ordered and restocking time.
JACKADEAL.COM prefers to ship all packages to the billing address of the credit card. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the cardholder. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expensed to the cardholder credit card as we incur charges from UPS for this service. Orders shipped to any address other than the billing address may be delayed for credit card verification. We accept FPO, APO address, but expect a 3 to 5 days delay from USPS.

RETURNS / BACKORDERS
All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the
date of the invoice. In the event that a product you purchase from us is
defective during such 30 day period, please contact us at rma@jackadeal.com
Items may
be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or JACKADEAL.COM
restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by JACKADEAL.COM. Returns will not
be accepted without and RMA number. The RMA is valid for 15 days from
the date of issuance. Please have the
following information at hand when requesting a replacement:
- Invoice Number
- Product Description
Please refer to the
following instructions when sending your original item back:
- All products must
be returned in original condition including packaging,
documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
- Include your
packing slip from the original order.
- You must write your
RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good
for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for
return.
- Return your package
to the address listed below. You must send your package(s) via
UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking
information. (Don’t send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail.)
- All shipping and
handling must be prepaid by the customer.
Defective
items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following
restrictions:

No
cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order
items, custom order items, electrical products, and
clearance/closeout items.

All
returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Any
returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking
fee of 15% of the price of the item and all non-product
related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not
refundable.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Your receipt of an
electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the
right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to
you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We shall automatically
charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered
to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely
responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to
any other state.
